I had a pleasant stay at Kusuma Agrowisata, enjoying the comfortable bungalows and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The location is peaceful, offering fresh air and beautiful landscapes, making it better than staying in the busy city of Malang. However, the service could have been quicker, and the dining experience was inconsistent at times. Overall, it's a great spot for those looking to relax in nature but you need to be patient with the service.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The arrival was frustrating due to poor reception service and unclean rooms, which left a bad impression. However, the vast park area was beautiful, and after some hassle, I ended up in a better room. The management's support was lacking, especially with the excursion arrangements, which further added to my disappointment.
